Clinical Data Analyst:
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Datasets as per the CDISC’s (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium) SDTM and ADaM standards.
• Document and report data issues to the data management.
• Develop and analyze the reports consisting of Tables, Listings and Graphs that are generated from the available databases.
• Review and validate reports (Tables, Figures, listings and Datasets) generated by others to support the reporting and analysis of clinical trial data.
• Support regulatory electronic submissions to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other worldwide regulatory authorities.
• Prepare reports to assist management in problem analysis, and submit recommendations for solution.
• Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis and reporting.
• Participate in project related Data Analysis activities.
• Assist statisticians in generating the deliverables by implementing the Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) and applying appropriate Mathematical Models as per the study design.
• Perform Statistical Analysis of the clinical trial data using SAS statistical tools.
• Develop and validate the reports in coordination with other line functions as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain study documentation. Document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and standards.
• Analyze the data and communicate with the Data Management / Analytical Laboratory personnel for resolving any outlier data, data issues and data discrepancies found.
• Ensure Laboratory normal ranges are received and units are appropriate for the laboratory tests done as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Confirm appropriate Laboratory analytical method is used to perform the test.
• Understand the Laboratory data (Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology and Urinalysis) and Pharmacology data to identify data issues, to ensure further data analysis and reporting by other line functions.
• Understand and review the Pharmaceutical & Biochemistry data.
• Conduct analysis of the Pharmaceutical, Biochemistry and Laboratory data by various analytical methods using the provided software (e.g. Statistical Analysis System/SAS software).
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) in Life sciences (Medicine, Dental, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biology, Nursing, Biochemistry), Chemistry, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to think independently, solve problems in a cross-functional setting.



Application Developer:
Responsibilities:
• Develop applications that support business operations.
• Update existing software or develop new programs to address a specific need.
• Design user interfaces, business logic, and databases required for applications.
• Manage development, test, and produce versions of the applications.
• Debug applications and resolve test issues.
• Suggest and develop ways of improving working practices.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to think independently, solve problems in a cross-functional setting.



Programmer Analyst:
Responsibilities:
• Extract data from various databases.
• Apply Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles in the application development process.
• Develop programs using SAS, Java, XML and SQL.
• Perform Programming using SAS software in generating and analyzing the clinical trial reports.
• Prepare specifications and process flow diagrams, and develop programming code logic flowcharts.
• Develop and maintain datasets as per the CDISC (SDTM and ADaM) standards.
• Develop and analyze the reports consisting of Tables, Listings and Graphs that are generated from the available databases.
• Write specifications for the analysis datasets and report (Tables, Listings and Graphs) generation.
• Prepare reports to assist management in problem analysis, and submit recommendations for solution.
• Create primary and validation programs.
• Develop, test, debug and deploy the programs in coordination with other line functions as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain study documentation.
• Document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and programming standards.
• Analyze user/customer needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Create analysis files (datasets), and reports Tables, Listings and Figures.
• Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis and reporting.
• Expand or modify existing programs for efficiency and reusability.
• Work on other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
