Application Developer:
Responsibilities:
• Develop applications that support business operations.
• Update existing software or develop new programs to address a specific need.
• Design user interfaces, business logic, and databases required for applications.
• Manage development, test, and produce versions of the applications.
• Debug applications and resolve test issues.
• Suggest and develop ways of improving working practices.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to think independently, solve problems in a cross-functional setting.



Clinical Data Analyst:
Responsibilities:
• Analyze the data and communicate with the Data Management / Analytical Laboratory personnel for resolving any outlier data, data issues and data discrepancies found.
• Ensure Laboratory normal ranges are received and units are appropriate for the laboratory tests done as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Confirm appropriate Laboratory analytical method is used to perform the test.
• Understand the Laboratory data (Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology and Urinalysis) and Pharmacology data to identify data issues, to ensure further data analysis and reporting by other line functions.
• Understand and review the Pharmaceutical & Biochemistry data.
• Conduct analysis of the Pharmaceutical, Biochemistry and Laboratory data by various analytical methods using the provided software (e.g. Statistical Analysis System/SAS software).
• Document and report data issues to the data management.
• Develop and maintain Datasets as per the CDISC (SDTM and ADaM) standards.
• Develop and analyze the reports consisting of Tables, Listings and Graphs that are generated from the available databases.
• Review and validate reports (Tables, Figures, Listings and Datasets) generated by others to support the reporting and analysis of clinical trial data.
• Support regulatory electronic submissions to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other worldwide regulatory authorities.
• Prepare reports to assist management in problem analysis, and submit recommendations for solution.
• Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis and reporting.
• Participate in project related Data Analysis activities.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) in Life sciences (Medicine, Dental, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biology, Nursing, Biochemistry), Chemistry, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Special skill and other requirements: Any statistical analysis certification/experience is a plus.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams.

• Ability to think independently, solve problems in a cross-functional setting.



Business Analyst:
Responsibilities:
• Provide data mining and analytical support to retail, commercial and public fund deposit product line management. Provide subject matter expertise for questions pertaining to deposit data. Support ad-hoc requests and provide analysis for product development and product management. Present findings, preliminary conclusions and next steps.
• Measure and analyze deposit non-interest income. Develop tools for annual centralized profit planning.
• Develop and maintain computer-based databases and models. Utilize SAS and Standard Query Language (SQL) programming to extract and mine data for quantitative deposit analysis. Develop analytical constructs and data required for deposit account balance, income and expense analysis.
• Develop programs to report deposit behaviors based on client requests.
• Review, audit and modify programs, as needed.
• Monitor weekend scheduled processes and restart or modify processes, as needed.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) in MBA, MIS, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams.

Programmer Analyst:
Responsibilities:
• Extract data from various databases.
• Apply Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles in the application development process.
• Develop programs using SAS, Java, XML and SQL.
• Perform Programming using SAS software in generating and analyzing the clinical trial reports.
• Prepare specifications and process flow diagrams, and develop programming code logic flowcharts.
• Develop and maintain datasets as per the CDISC (SDTM and ADaM) standards.
• Develop and analyze the reports consisting of Tables, Listings and Graphs that are generated from the available databases.
• Write specifications for the analysis datasets and report (Tables, Listings and Graphs) generation.
• Prepare reports to assist management in problem analysis, and submit recommendations for solution.
• Create primary and validation programs.
• Develop, test, debug and deploy the programs in coordination with other line functions as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain study documentation.
• Document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and programming standards.
• Analyze user/customer needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Create analysis files (datasets), and reports Tables, Listings and Figures.
• Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis and reporting.
• Expand or modify existing programs for efficiency and reusability.
• Work on other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
